How do I check in?
We will get you the key code just before your arrival. Our normal check-in hours are 11 a.m. but with prior arrangements we can be flexible.
What is the minimum number of nights the property can be booked for?
Our minimum is 2 nights. We also have weekly and monthly stays available.
Do you assist in the vacation planning process?
We’re more than happy to provide area recommendations and we’ve detailed a great layout of the Sheridan and Wyoming area here on our website. Sheridan has so much to offer and we’ll be available to help you decide how to fit it all into your trip!
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice for full refunds… We understand that 48 hours may not always be doable so we do offer partial refunds if less than 48 hours.
If you do not rent all the bedrooms in the house, will other rooms be rented to someone else?
No. The property is all yours to enjoy for the dates you’ve rented.
What are the fees charged for a rental?
All costs are disclosed at the time of entering into a rental agreement. Typically the following charges can be expected: total rental rate, applicable taxes, a cleaning fee and the optional pet fee. When you book the property, all costs will be detailed through the online booking page. No hidden or unexpected costs will be charged.
